Each hat goes through our proprietary process to make sure it's centered, straight, and stitched to perfection. Pickwicks is a family run small business located in Overland Park, Kansas. Each hat is sewn with care by the owner and we won't send out a hat unless it's perfect. If you aren't happy with your order for any reason, just let us know and we'll work to make it right!
