We purchase our items from misdirected freight clearinghouses. All our items are genuine and original, with no knock-offs or fakes. Some of the cosmetic items' external physical package might have some light marks, a tiny wrinkle, bent flap, or smudges on the external package but the actual products inside are pristine and new!
