Our one-day handling promise requires that all items ship within 1 postal business day Monday-Friday EST excluding postal holidays and time away which will note a delay in the listing. Occasionally we ship on Saturday at our option. Once a shipping label has been processed you will receive a message with the shipping date and tracking number at this point shipping can no longer be combined with any additional items or orders. For those with allergies and sensitivities this is a smoke-free environment, not pet-free, we do have 2 cats.
