RELIABLE STRUCTURES
Your bottom line is enhanced by very durable structures that achieve multiple life cycles and withstand the toughest loading conditions.
The rear frame with full box section and four-plate loader stand resist to shock and torsional load, which ensures the alignment of the trailer hitch and loader hitch.
Robotic structures provide deep penetration of the weld for maximum strength and fatigue strength.
Castings increase strength by distributing loads and reducing the number of parts.
LIFTING WEAPON
Your key to maximum uptime and productivity is our proven lifting arms.
Excellent visibility at the edges of the bucket and working area due to the design of the Z-shaped bar
High loads from the load are absorbed by durable steel lifting arms.
Increase strength at key points through the use of monolithic castings.
Lifting levers relieve stress, increase durability and extend repair time.
FRONT COMMUNICATION
To ensure uninterrupted operation, the 993K uses Cat bearing pins that eliminate the need for daily lubrication and routine maintenance.
INTEGRATED TRANSMISSION MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM (STIC ™)
Experience maximum responsiveness and control with STIC, which combines the choice of direction, gear selection and steering in one lever.
A simple side-to-side movement turns the machine right or left, minimizing operator movement.

BUCKET GROUND INSTRUMENTS
Choosing the right bucket will determine your loader`s performance. The selection process begins with knowledge of the density of the loaded material. From there, you can choose the size and appropriate protection strategies that will meet the nominal payload goals of your machine. Your Cat dealer can help you customize a bucket or customize a bucket.
HEAVY MANDATORY ROCKY BUCKET
Scopes: face loading of densely condensed pit materials. Moderate abrasion factors and shock loads are suitable for this bucket.
HIGH ABRASION ROCK BUCKET
Scopes: face loading of iron ore. High-abrasive and moderate impact loads are suitable for this bucket. Smooth floors are also desirable.
COAL BUCKET
Application: For coal or other non-abrasive materials of light density.
NOTE. Some applications may be very abrasive. Note that additional bucket protection may affect machine performance due to higher power consumption, higher fuel consumption and reduced performance. With this in mind, it is important that you select the appropriate protection for your application.
Increase your loader`s productivity and protect your investment in buckets with our ground tools (GET). Your knowledgeable Cat dealer will work with you to understand your application and the GET needs that best suit you. For a complete list of Cat GET, please visit http://www.cat.com/get.
