MAIN STRENGTH
The robust design of the mainframe, which facilitates repairs and maintenance, helps to do more with maximum availability. The base blocks CD D11T / D11T are designed to absorb shock shock loads and twisting forces during heavy dosing and breaking operations. COOLING SYSTEM
A variable demand hydraulic fan provides the ability to cool the engine to meet environmental conditions. In cooler conditions, the fan rotates at a slower speed, consuming only the power needed to cool the tractor systems, providing more power for the tracks, which helps reduce costs per unit of material being moved.
ALUMINUM BAR PAYMENT RADIATOR
The cooling system uses a two-component radiator, built of durable, high-performance aluminum rod plates. The aluminum profile construction provides durability and provides higher heat transfer and excellent corrosion resistance. It is only available on D11 with Tier 2 equivalent emission standards.
MESABI RADIATOR
Copper cores increase cooling efficiency, making the Mesabi radiator a good choice for environments with high ambient temperatures and for handling heavy debris. HYDRAULIC OIL FOR COOLER

MOMENT DIVIDER
The Cat D11T / D11T CD uses a torque divider between the engine and transmission to act as a hydrodynamic component, reducing the likelihood of damage to the power train due to the damping of shock loads and vibrations.
A single-stage torque converter with an output torque divider transmits 75 percent of the engine torque through a converter and 25 percent through a direct drive shaft to increase transmission efficiency, increase the torque ratio and ease of operation.

The brakes are actuated by springs and hydraulically released for safe and reliable braking. Steering couplings, brakes and final drives can be removed as a single unit on each side of the tractor.
RUNNING
The raised sprocket and suspended chassis work together to increase traction and provide smoother operator movement. These benefits lead to increased productivity and longer component life. This design transfers shock loads to the base unit, so the final gears, axles and steering components are isolated from the strong shock loads that are commonly observed in applications on large tracked tractors.
The suspension of the trolley allows the road to meet the conditions of the ground, providing 15% more contact with the ground, especially on rough and uneven surfaces. Higher grip means less slippage, better balance and a smoother ride.
The integrated carrier roller is made into the frames of the road wheels, which makes it easy to add an additional roller carrier in the field.
