CAT® C15 ACERT ENGINE

The C15 engine provides full power (SAE J1995) 407 kW (546 hp). The combination of high displacement and high torque allows the RM500B to navigate through the toughest materials. The engine complies with EPA Tier 4 Final and EU Stage IV standards.

REVERSIBLE COOLING FAN

The cooling fan is reversible and automatically performs periodic cycles in the reverse order to clean the heat exchanger by removing accumulated dust. This allows the system to cool more efficiently, ensuring optimum engine performance.

FOUR HOLDING, FOUR DRIVE MOTORS

Four rowing pumps provide separate dedicated flow for all four drive motors. Provides superior traction in mild conditions under your feet.

LOAD LOAD SYSTEM

The load control system, controlled by the ECM, corresponds to the engine speed and engine load.

TWO SPEEDS

Two speed ranges allow the machine to operate at maximum torque to promote the machine in the most difficult conditions, or at a higher speed to move around the job site.

INFINITE VARIABLE MACHINES

The stepless speed of the machine is determined by the lever stroke and speed control buttons on the keyboard.

CAB-IMAGE IMAGE

The cab provides exceptional visibility to the front edge of the tire, mixing chamber and rear wheels.

SLIDING CABA

The cab slides left and right and can be positioned to provide maximum visibility.

PLACE OF OPERATOR

The comfortable and durable seat has a built-in mini steering wheel and a control panel with an LCD touch screen and joystick. The seat and side console are rotated 180 degrees to increase operator comfort. A heated seat provides greater comfort in cold conditions. Safety belt is standard.

CONTROL CONSOL

The control console is integrated with the operator`s seat and provides convenient access to the controls regardless of how the seat is installed. The built-in touch LCD display provides data on the operation of the machine, diagnostics and can alert the operator about possible problems. The backlit keyboard provides precise control even in low light conditions. On the drive lever, convenient rotor control buttons are located, so the operator can concentrate on the work and not search for the desired button to press.

REMOTE CAMERA SYSTEM

Remote cameras on the front and rear of the machine provide live video streaming to a display mounted on the dashboard. The video improves visibility for the operator in front and behind the machine. An optional third camera is available for viewing the back of the mixing chamber.

Touch LCD display

The touchscreen LCD display provides clear tools and basic diagnostics, alerting the operator of potential performance problems. Screens are easy to understand and intuitive to navigate.

MINI MANUAL STEERING

The RM500B is controlled by a mini control knob built into the left armrest of the operator’s seat. The controls are convenient to grip and offer easy and precise control over the machine.

Drive lever with control buttons

The drive lever is located on the control console, built into the right armrest of the operator`s seat. Loosening the drive lever forward from the neutral position increases the forward speed; moving back from the neutral position increases the speed in the opposite direction. The lever has six thumb control buttons that provide convenient control of the rotor functions.

UNIVERSAL ROTOR 46 CM (18 ") FOR SOIL

The 46 cm (18 ") universal rotor is designed for maximum mixing depth and has a lower pullout force compared to a 41 cm (16") universal rotor. This rotor meets European requirements for a mixing depth of 45 cm, providing the highest level of grinding and gradation of the material.

TILTING HYDRAULIC ROTOR

The hydraulic tilt of the rotor hood rotates the hood forward for easy access to the rotor for inspection and maintenance of the tool.

HANGING SERVICE DOORS
