CAT® C11 ENGINE WITH ACERT® TECHNOLOGY

The C11 engine provides full rated power (SAE J1995) 261 kW (350 hp) at 1,800 rpm with a torque of 1,384 Nm (1024 lb / ft). The combination of high displacement and high torque allows the RM300 to navigate through the toughest materials.

MECHANICALLY USED ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED INSTALLATION INJECTOR (MEUI)

The MEUI fuel system is a unique system that combines the technical progress of an electronic control system with the simplicity of direct mechanical fuel injection.

The MEUI system has an excellent ability to control injection pressure over the entire range of engine operating speeds. These functions allow the C11 to fully control the injection time, duration and pressure.

CYLINDER BLOCK C11

The cylinder block is a solid block of gray cast iron with ribbed stiffening ribs and heavy bearing bulkheads for rigidity and strength when turning the crankshaft. This new design supports higher engine compression ratios and increases its power density. Due to the round and round point connections, the loss of engine oil and fluids is reduced.

HIGH PRESSURE CYLINDER

High cylinder pressures combined with tightly controlled tolerances contribute to extremely efficient fuel combustion, reduce emissions and reduce emissions.

SOLE OVER HOME CAM

A single upper cam is driven by a gear wheel at the end of the engine flywheel. Placing the cam mechanism at the end of the flywheel significantly reduces noise and vibration. To reduce wear, the pendulum damper is mounted on the front of the camshaft. Together, these two features contribute to the long life and durability of this engine.

Turbocharger and air cooling (ATAAC)

The air-to-air turbocharged cooling system provides high power with an increased response time, while maintaining low exhaust gas temperatures for long hours of continuous operation.

AIR COOLING

Post-cooling air-to-air reduces the intake air temperature and, in combination with tight tolerances of the combustion chamber components, maximizes fuel efficiency and minimizes emissions. The new turbocharger, a unique cross-flow head, single rear-wheel drive, upper cam and a more efficient intake manifold provide a significant improvement in air flow. This leads to significant efficiency gains and reduced emissions.

ADEM ™ A4 ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE

The electronic control module ADEM A4 controls the fuel supply, valve timing and air flow, ensuring maximum performance per liter (liter) of fuel used. The control module provides flexible fuel mapping, allowing the engine to respond quickly to changing application needs. It monitors the state of the engine and the car, while at the same time maintaining the engine with maximum efficiency.

HYDRAULIC SUPPORT PLATFORM

A hydraulically driven movable platform allows the operator to set the platform to any desired position to provide good visibility on both sides of the machine. Access to the platform is possible from either side of the machine.

PLACE OF OPERATOR

The comfortable and durable operator seat has an adjustable forward / backward position, the height of the bottom cushion, suspension stiffness and folding armrests. The seat and side control are rotated seven positions to increase operator comfort.

CONTROL

The controls are conveniently located for easy one-handed sitting control. The drive lever with central locking allows you to work forward / backward and adjust the speed of the machine.

ADJUSTABLE STEERING COLUMN

The adjustable steering column offers telescoping and tilting features to provide a comfortable working position for the operator.

INSTRUMENTATION

Clean gauges include engine oil pressure, engine coolant temperature, hydraulic oil temperature, charging system voltage, and fuel level.

ANALOG MEASUREMENTS

Large analog sensors display the travel speed, engine speed, engine hour meter, and trouble codes.

ELECTRONIC MONITORING SYSTEM

The electronic monitoring system constantly monitors input signals from sensors and switches in various machine systems and alerts the operator in the event of a problem.

LOAD CONTROL SWITCH

The load control select switch controls the speed of movement manually or automatically by the ECM.

STEERING WHEEL MANAGEMENT

Standard rear-wheel steering allows the operator to set the rear wheels to maneuver in tight spaces. Automatic steering in four modes, including crab and coordinated position, is optional.

ASSEMBLY OF PRODUCT FROM ISO-INSTALLATION

The isothermal cabin is under pressure to prevent noise, dust and elements and comfort.

ITEMS INCLUDED WITH CAB

The cab package includes: swivel fabric seat, lockable doors on the left and right side, tinted glass, air conditioning, heater / anti-icer, dual front and rear wipers and a noise-absorbing mat.

ADDITIONAL OPERATOR COMFORTS

Additional operator amenities include two cup holders and a 12-volt power outlet. The cabin is also ready to work with a radio receiver and includes a power converter, an antenna with a cable, two speakers and space for a headliner to install a radio receiver.

UNIVERSAL ROTOR 46 CM (18 ") FOR SOIL

The 46 cm (18 ") universal rotor is designed for maximum mixing depth and has a lower pullout force compared to a 41 cm (16") universal rotor. This rotor meets European requirements for a mixing depth of 45 cm, providing the highest level of grinding and gradation of the material.

COMBINATION ROTOR

 

Designed for deep soil mixing, where grinding and gradation are less important than higher working speeds. It works well on cohesive soils and is of secondary use for the extraction of minerals, such as coal, slate or limestone.

SPADE ROTOR

Spade Rotor mixes additives with cohesive, semi-bonded or granular materials. 58 quick-change blade tools with carbide coatings provide long service life and are easily replaced thanks to a single connection with a nut and a bolt. This design allows the tool to come off when it hits a hard object, preventing damage to the rotor and the rotor drive.

COOLING PACKAGE

The cooling unit is a multi-row modular design, connected in series for easy access for cleaning and maintenance. Modular folded cooling system provides more efficient cooling of individual systems and facilitates replacement and normal cleaning. An electronically controlled variable-speed cooling fan provides the lowest overall noise level and high environmental performance.

HYDRAULIC GOOD ROTOR

The hydraulic tilt of the rotor hood rotates the hood forward for easy access to the rotor for inspection and maintenance of the tool.

SERVICE DOORS

Hinged doors open wide on the sides of the engine, rotor hood and upper deck to access the power train components and the rotor drive.

ROTOR DRIVE CHAINS

Self-lubricating rotor drive chains in sealed housings, partially filled with oil.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE (ECM)

The electronic control module (ECM) monitors machine systems and provides self-diagnosis for the operator or maintenance personnel. Three warning levels alert the operator to conditions on the machine that need attention. Encourages repair before serious malfunction. The first level is a flashing indicator and a flashing alarm indicator. Level two - warning of the first level plus flashing warning light. Level three is a second level warning plus warning sound signals.

VISUAL INDICATORS

Visual indicators make it easy to check the engine coolant level, rotor axis and hydraulic oil, as well as an air restriction indicator.

HYDRAULIC TEST PORTS

Quick hydraulic test ports simplify system diagnostics.

ENVIRONMENTAL DRAINS

Ecological effluents provide an ecological method for draining fluids. They are included in the radiator, engine oil pan, hydraulic and fuel tank.
