CONSTRUCTION SECTION
Frame 797F has a box-section design that includes two forgings and 14 castings in high-stress areas with deep penetrating and continuous welds to resist torsional damage without adding additional weight.
-
Steel construction - Mild steel used in the frame provides flexibility, durability and resistance to shock loads even in cold climates and makes it easy to repair in field conditions.
-
Castings Castings make up 80 percent of the frame weight and are key to ensuring durability in the most difficult conditions in the world. Castings of large radius are resistant to the bending of the frame and provide a long service life.
INTEGRATED FOUR-CABLE
Elastic mounting on the frame to reduce vibration and noise, the built-in ROPS design is a continuation of the truck frame.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM
Designed to eliminate bumps on the road and loading, which extends the service life of the frame and provides a more comfortable ride.
-
Sturdy construction — Rugged cylinders use a large-diameter, low-pressure nitrogen / oil design for long life and minimal maintenance.
-
Front - front cylinders with pre-installed castor and bulge mounted on the frame and serve as steering stops for a small turning radius with excellent maneuverability and minimal maintenance costs.
-
Rear - Rear cylinders allow vibrations and absorb bending and torsional stresses caused by uneven and uneven roads, rather than transferring them to the main frame.
REAR SUSPENSION
The four-bar suspension transmits and maintains the load on the frame more effectively than the A-frame design, and provides a large service area around the gear.
STEERING SYSTEM
The hydraulic steering system is designed for exceptional smoothness and precise control. A separate chain prevents cross-contamination over a long service life.
