COLD CLIMATIC OPPORTUNITY

A thermal bypass in the hydraulic cooler line allows the components to warm up faster in cold weather by draining the oil back into the tank until the oil temperature requires cooling. An additional cold start agent heats the engine antifreeze and circulates through the engine, hydraulic tank and cab to facilitate starting.

GREAT FUEL PRODUCTIVITY

A fuel tank capacity of 378 liters (100 gallons) allows you to increase the work shift and includes a lockable compartment cover for safety.

Each section is designed specifically for the flow and pressure functions, therefore optimizing the functionality of the machine and fuel efficiency. The strengthened and proportional bearing functions keep mechanical wear of designs. Hydraulic valve configurations are available for use with fixed or trailing heads.

AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM

The IQAN computer control system provides precise control of machine functions through fully proportional hydraulic valves.

ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC OIL PUMP

The hydraulic oil level sensor makes it easy to see when hydraulic oil needs to be added. The easily accessible service hose allows hydraulic oil to be pumped through the hydraulic filtration system into the tank. This reduces maintenance time and helps maintain oil cleanliness requirements.

SAFE FRONT ENTRANCE SYSTEM

The unique frontal cab provides easy and safe access to the caterpillar frame. Foot pedals are attached to the door to turn to the side and deactivate when the door is open. Reverse sloping front window prevents snow and debris from entering the window. Accumulated moisture can be removed using the windshield wiper / washer.

UNIQUE VISIBILITY

The engine design of the front and rear cab provides exceptional visibility for the operator, including from the side of the boom, so potential trees that can be collected can be seen without turning the cab to provide the necessary visibility.

IQAN-MD3 CONTROL SYSTEM

Air heated seat

The heated seat and air suspension is equipped with a lumbar support and neck supports that provide optimum comfort. The armrests are adjustable in all directions and at different angles to fully support the arm, the reinforced seat design, designed for traveling machines, absorbs additional shock loads, and the additional four-position seat insulator provides additional vibration damping.

SEWAGE AIR FLOW SYSTEM

An air conditioning system and a 40,000 BTU heater incorporate a stream of directional air into louvered vents for full operator coverage and defrosting / defrosting windows. The automatic control system maintains a constant temperature for a constant level of comfort.

FORMAT CONSOLES AND PREPARATIONS

Molded consoles and ceiling trim contain storage compartments, and pallets eliminate cab noise. Two 12-volt power points provide flexibility when installing additional electrical and electronic equipment.

STRONG X BODY DESIGN

TELESCOPIC BOOM

A telescopic boom for outboard heads provides 8.2 m (27 feet) reach from the tree. The 5-sided V-shaped design of the lower handle provides increased strength, increased load capacity and increased service life of wear-resistant linings, which ensures a long service life.

STEEL PIPE LINES

Hydraulic lines with steel pipes increase service life and dissipate heat. Lining the boom arms protect the pipes from damage.
