Choose EARTHMOVING COMPACTOR 826K section:
POWERFUL EFFICIENCY
Eco mode allows the car to switch to automatic switching mode when it is not operating at maximum torque, optimizing performance and saving fuel.
The left pedal acts as a brake, gearbox neutralizer and engine retarder to block the engine speed selected by the throttle lock. Allows the operator to slow down when the throttle lock is on and return to the throttle lock without pressing the resume or set button.
Electro-hydraulic control improves productivity thanks to responsive attachments. Work comfortably with easy-to-use soft latching controls.
The steering system ensures reliable machine operation and precise control thanks to the load-sensing 826K hydraulic steering system.
Increased efficiency due to variable displacement piston pumps, which provide the operator with precise positioning for convenient operation in hard-to-reach places with articulated joint 43 degrees in each direction.
The Integrated Steering and Transmission Control System (STIC ™) improves operator comfort by combining the steering and transmission functions in one lever. Includes finger guided gear selection.
LONG TERM VALUE AND LONGNESS
Designed and manufactured from specially constructed structures to remain safe and durable in the long term.
Long-life structures, materials and robotic welding ensure multiple life cycles and the ability to withstand the toughest conditions.
Rear frame full box section resists torsional shocks and twisting.
Reinforced steering cylinder mounts effectively direct the steering load to the frame.
WORKING WITH LESS FUEL
Single-clutch gears (SCSS) for smooth gear shifting and efficiency.
The strategic use of metallurgy and heat treatment ensures the durability of gear wheels.
The Cat C15 engine is designed for maximum fuel efficiency and increased power density.
Two engine options are available to meet Tier 4 Final / Stage IV or Tier 3 / Stage IIIA emission standards. (depending on the market).
Fully electronic engine management integrates with all machine systems to optimize fuel consumption.
Turning off the engine at idle speed reduces fuel consumption during periods of idling.
Delayed engine shutdown increases service life.
WHEEL ADVICE CREATED FOR IMPLEMENTATION
New durable paddle and plus design tip options.
Service life increased by 40%.
Assignment is intended for polygons.
Improved machine performance.
Improved traction.
Select tip blades for thrust and fuel economy.
Choose a plus tip to increase the stability of the side slope.
Choose a combination of both to optimize performance in your environment.
OPERATOR COMFORT AND CONTROL
The cab under pressure sits on insulating supports, which increases comfort and reduces noise.
The cabin is equipped with a convenient storage box / breakfast box.
The Cat Comfort Series III seat includes a mid-back design, thick contoured cushions, air suspension, adjustable in six directions, as well as a seat-mounted tool rest and STIC steering that moves with the seat for optimal control.
The control panel provides operators with information and controls for safer, time-saving settings.
The simplicity of the STIC control ensures maximum responsiveness and control thanks to STIC, which combines the choice of direction, gear selection and steering in one lever.
PRODUCTIVITY WITH TECHNOLOGY
The Cat seal monitoring system uses Power Drive Power (MDP) technology to measure rolling resistance and relates it to a seal on a landfill. Three-dimensional mapping shows where to work and when layers have optimal density. The system eliminates voids, optimizes cell space and documents the results.
VisionLink 3D Project Monitoring provides managers with a detailed compaction analysis for more efficient monitoring and management of operations.
DETECT technologies help ensure the safety of people and equipment by informing the operator about the work area, as well as tracking and reporting unsafe conditions such as warning zones.
COMPACT technologies combine advanced compaction measurement, cockpit guidance, and reporting capabilities that help you consistently, quickly, and evenly achieve compaction targets in fewer passes.
The rear view camera significantly improves visibility behind the car, helping the operator to work with greater confidence and with maximum potential, while maintaining the safety of people and property.
Product Link is deeply integrated into your machine, giving you access to information such as car location, hours of operation, fuel consumption, idle time and event codes via the VisionLink online interface. Helps to effectively manage the park and reduce operating costs.
BUILT-IN SAFETY FEATURES
Railings, stairs and non-slip surfaces increase the safety of technicians and operators.
A rearview camera with a monitor in the cab boosts operator awareness around the car.
Vibration reduction for the operator due to insulated cab supports and seats, attachments and controls
Low sound level in the cabin.
Sealed cabin with filtered air.
Protection of the engine and power transmission prevents the accumulation of debris and protective elements.
The front frame protection prevents debris from accumulating inside the frame and protects components and hydraulic lines.
Winding the axles and protecting the seal prevent material from winding and tying around the axes and help with the need for cleaning.
The transmission oil tube is protected from damage from debris.
The fuel tank is located away from debris in the front frame and is easily accessible.
The high air intake of the radiator with screen helps to prevent debris from entering the radiator area, maintaining proper air flow and preventing debris from entering.
Shock strips and extra scrub pins are located at the front and rear of the rear wheels and behind the front wheels. Impact plates help protect the wheels from debris, helping the tips of the wheels maintain a good seal.
Additional cleaning fingers are available in bonding material or in tough packing conditions, which additionally help to keep the tips of the wheels clean.
The roof passes by the cab doors and windows to minimize the accumulation of debris.
The suction fan allows the ambient air to cool, increasing the cooling capacity. It also creates pressure in the engine compartment, preventing the accumulation of debris.
REDUCED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Turning the engine off at idle saves fuel while avoiding unnecessary idling.
Reduce waste to the environment with maintenance-free batteries.
Model 826K is designed to restore, increasing the service life of the machine and minimizing the impact on the environment. Get the most out of your investment with our sustainable options, including Cat Reman and Certified Rebuild. Thanks to these programs, recovered components provide cost savings of 40–70 percent, reducing operating costs as well as reducing waste and minimizing the need for raw materials.
TOP TIER SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Safe and convenient service through ground or platform access to daily service points.
Swing doors on both sides of the engine compartment provide easy access to daily maintenance checks.
Ecology effluent for ease of maintenance and spill prevention.
Reduce downtime with VIMS ™ system notifications so operators and technicians can solve problems before a crash.
Inspection markers mean quick visual inspection and minimize fluid contamination.
Additional sliding doors on both sides provide convenient access to daily maintenance points. Lighting the engine compartment contributes to visibility.
The new ground level service area includes electrical shutdown, engine emergency shutdown and a staircase light switch.
Cat dealers can help you with preventative maintenance programs, maintenance contracts, best-in-class parts and support for operator training.
