AUTOMATED FUNCTIONS

There are several automated features to simplify work. On the operator`s platform there is a “hold” button to stop the car and pause various functions during a truck change or work stoppage. It returns to the previous working speed and functions during deactivation. There is a speed limit allowing you to set the working speed to ensure consistent operation. The machines are equipped with cylinders for positioning in racks and hydraulic systems that provide basic improvements to the functions of the machine, such as an indication of the working height and automatic stop of the rear leg. It also allows the optional Cat Grade Control system to include additional features.

OPTION MANAGEMENT BOX

The PM622 can be equipped with an integrated Cat quality control system. A 2D-compatible / 3D-ready grade and slope system automatically controls the depth and lateral inclination of the rotor to a predetermined depth of cut and can be improved for full 3D control with the addition of additional equipment. The base system is fully integrated with the machine, providing simpler, more accurate operation and better system protection. The system can be configured with contact or non-contact incline sensors, including Catonic sensors and mounting hardware, the position of the side plate or additional skis on board.

GROUND CONTROL CONSOLE

On each corner of the machine are ground control panels, which provide convenient control of individual functions of the machine.

GOOD VISIBILITY

The operator platform provides excellent visibility around the machine. The platform goes beyond the perimeter of the machine to optimize the lines of sight. Additional remote cameras can improve the front and rear view of the machine, and additional magnetic mount cameras can be located to provide improved visibility of critical areas.

DOUBLE CONTROL CONSOLES

The operator platform is equipped with two control consoles that provide optimized and comfortable control from either side of the machine.

POWER SUN CANOPY OPTION

The power of the sun canopy can turn around and get into the storage position without interrupting work. Being in the storage position, it does not interfere with the visibility or operation of the machine. The canopy can be equipped with additional front and rear windshields that protect the entire width of the operator’s position.

OPTION PLACE SUSPENSIONS

Two (2) outboard seats reduce fatigue and allow you to work in a sitting position. The seats can fold into a storage position that does not impede movement on the operator platform.

Lockable warehouse

A large cabinet provides lockable storage on the operator platform.

OPTION SYSTEM VACIFICATION

The system uses a vacuum that pulls dust from the assembly line and the transition zone between the assembly and feed conveyors. Dust is emitted through the loading conveyor along with the discharge material.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

Advanced steering with four steering modes provides exceptional maneuverability for maximum performance and accuracy even in tight spaces.

FLEXIBILITY OF CIVIL CONTROL

The machine provides many attachment points for sensors, as well as an optional Cat Grade Control, which is integrated with the machine, ensuring maximum accuracy and control.

OPTION OF DIAMOND CAT CAT

Cat diamond bits serve up to 80 times longer than conventional carbide cutters, which provides greater productivity, reduced fuel consumption by up to 15% and less machine wear.

DEPENDENT POWER

The powerful Cat C18 engine delivers 470 kW (630 hp) power for a reliable drive system with a diagonal cross-flow design that provides exceptional traction. The pumps set in motion opposing track-type engines, from front to back and side to side, to provide power to the machine’s center of gravity. In extreme conditions, automatic traction control minimizes slippage, providing more power for mating tracks.

AUTOMATIC LOAD CONTROL

Automatic load control increases machine productivity during milling. The electronic control module (ECM) continuously evaluates engine speed and monitors the engine speed required to maintain maximum performance at maximum performance.

CONVEYOR LOADING

The loading conveyor provides a 60-degree turn to the right or left of the center to optimize and simplify the loading of the truck. The boost function can temporarily increase the throw distance, ensuring a balanced loading of the material into the truck.

EXCELLENT ACCESS

Large doors provide access to important components and systems.

VISUAL INDICATORS

Visual indicators provide service status at a glance for simple daily maintenance.

SELF-CONTROL SYSTEMS

Electronic Control Modules (ECMs) monitor machine functions, providing operator alert and diagnostics through touchscreen LCD displays.

EXTENDED HYDRAULIC SERVICE INTERVALS

Longer service intervals increase uptime and productivity. Hydraulic oil service intervals are 3000 hours without oil sampling, 6000 hours during oil sampling.
