OPTIMAL TOOL SPACE
Placing a tool with three trees at the ends of the rotor provides the optimal distance between tools for cleaning bulk material and reduces drum wear during maneuvering in the section.
OPTIMAL SIZE AND GRADE OF MATERIAL
A hydraulic anti-slab device prevents overlap of the pavement, protects the collector conveyor and provides an optimal discharge opening to the rotor chamber.
MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
The width of the collector conveyor is 550 mm (21.6 ") and is driven by a high torque hydraulic motor for maximum efficiency.
VARIABLE SPEED TAPE
The collector conveyor has a variable belt speed for optimal production in all applications. Reversible belt rotation control is also provided.
OPTIMAL REDUCTION OF DUST
A standard pressurized water spray lubricates and controls dust on the collecting belt. Water spray nozzles are easily removed for inspection and replacement without the need for tools.
Folding conveyor
Transporting the machine is facilitated by the folding front conveyor, which reduces the size of the machine.
HYDRAULIC HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT MANAGEMENT
The width of the upper conveyor is 600 mm (23.6 "), and the adjustment of its height is hydraulically adjusted, and the two cylinders provide 41 degrees of rotation to the left and to the right.

CONTROL

A large display, clearly visible in direct sunlight, provides performance parameters for machine and engine diagnostics. The display provides a single interface for service diagnostics and calibration.
COMPUTER MONITORING SYSTEM (CMS)
The system constantly monitors the pressure in the system and the state of the engine with multiple modes of operation. Alerts the operator when a problem occurs with three levels of event information.
STANDBY CONTROL
Single-switch control allows the operator to enable or disable basic operating functions, including motion, water spray system, leveling system and conveyor rotation for maximum automation.
FLASH CUTTING
The right rear leg can be raised within the cutting width of the machine for use in full rinsing mode. When the right hind leg is turned, the machine may cut alongside a wall, barrier, or other vertical obstacles.
EXCLUSIVE TRACKED DESIGN OF QUALITY ARM
The swivel lever mechanism provides increased rigidity, eliminating excessive wear to increase component life.
AUTOMATIC CONTROL
The rear leg pivot system is automatic and controlled from the operator’s station. The operator is not required to leave the seat, having the right rear leg within the width of the machine cut.
EXACT CONTROL
The microprocessor electronically controls the angle of rotation of the right rear track. The angle of the rear track is automatically adjusted depending on the position of the front tracks.
IMPROVED STEERING CAPACITY
The reverse steering function makes it easier to work in confined spaces and provides an accurate cut around dead ends or turns. The right rear guide turns in both positions, regardless of whether it is inside or outside the width of the cut.
CONTACT WIRE SENSORS
The wire rope inclination sensor measures the movement of the side plate, which allows the entire length of the side plate to become an averaging device for extremely accurate matching of the incline. The cross slope sensor enhances the versatility of the system.
LEVELING CONTROL BOXES
Two control units located on the operator’s workplace allow you to adjust the level manually or automatically. Permanent readings of the rotor depth and cross slope are displayed on each control unit and are easily visible even in direct sunlight or in low light conditions.
BIG SERVICE DOORS
Large service doors provide access to the engine and hydraulic components. The side covers of the engine are wide open to provide access to the engine from ground level. The back cover swings to access the radiator and the oil cooler.

The rotor service door opens wide for easy access to the rotor for inspection and tool maintenance.
