ENHANCED ECO-MODE

Eco mode and automatic engine speed control, when activated together, change the engine speed depending on load factors. When activated, the engine will operate at 1650 rpm when laying. If the upper power threshold is exceeded, the engine speed will increase to 2,200 rpm and will remain there until the need drops below the threshold and remains there for 30 seconds. This technological advancement helps ensure reliable performance.

 

SILENT HEATING

The quiet thermal mode operates at an engine speed of 1300 rpm and provides heating in less than 15 minutes.

 

QUICK HEATING

Rapid heating mode provides a warm-up time of less than 35 minutes when using a package for laying a wide pavement.

 

TEMPERATURE RANGES

Three preset heating options provide a wide range of temperatures for different mix designs; Low - 110 degrees C or 230 degrees Fahrenheit, medium - 130 degrees C or 266 degrees Fahrenheit, high - 160 degrees C or 320 degrees Fahrenheit.

OPTIONS FOR MULTIPLE FEED SENSORS

The feed system can be configured to automatically operate with 0, 2, or 4 feed sensors. When stacking with 0 sensors due to a malfunction, simply install an automatic feed system and adjust the mix height setting, no need to switch the manual switch as required in previous models.

 

SIMPLE SERVICE

Support plates that do not require hardware simplify maintenance requirements, and underside fasteners for chain guards eliminate bolt wear and material buildup for easier replacement.

 

SWING CURRENT SYSTEM

A position sensor, located in the left-hand steering cylinder, helps maintain a constant speed when cornering by adjusting the speed of the drive motors in accordance with the angle of rotation of the front wheels. This unique system provides better rug quality and less wear on the drive system.

 

FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE

Provides power to the front wheels of the trolley for extra traction. Special pump provides an increase in torque by 50% compared with previous models.

EXACT CONTROL

More precise control maximizes blend usage and saves money. True averaging occurs with acoustic sensors that use 5 transducers, 2 readings are discarded and 3 are averaged. 10-point auto-calibration eliminates overshoot and override from a single calibration point. Crossover, incline and height are maintained with height adjustments. A true 9-meter (30-foot) sonic averaging beam changes the movement of the tow point by 1/3 of the total deviation of the slope.
