The SE50 VT is a Tamper coupler equipped with rear extension cords and plate compactors. It offers a standard expandable paving range from 2.55 to 5.0 m (8 `4 "- 16` 4") and is excellent on highways, car parks, city streets and other applications with variable width pavement.
A 70 kW generator built into the tractor, combined with a technologically advanced screed leveling system, ensures fast and uniform heat distribution. A 15-minute heating time with a standard width can lead to an increase in daily output and a reduction in fuel consumption due to the shorter waiting time for the screed plates to reach the set temperature. With a maximum width, the screed plate heats up in just 25 minutes.
The tampers effectively fit the material under the screed plates to provide pre-compaction. Adjustable start and stop speeds ensure optimum mat finish, while adjusting the automatic speed allows for changes in the laying speed.

EXCLUSIVE MONITORING
An exclusive generator system monitors heating elements for malfunctions to help plan planned service events. In addition, monitoring the temperature zone allows heating to continue in the event of a sensor failure, and warning indicators are displayed on LCD displays. The extenders are equipped with 2 speed ranges and proportional control for better performance on obstacles. Suspended controls located on extension cords allow operators to perform functions remotely. The conveyor`s gear ratio adjustment can be performed from the screed control panel when using a feed system with 2 sensors to maintain the optimum material height before the screed.
INTEGRATED CAT SORT MANAGEMENT
A factory-integrated Cat quality control system allows the crew to work with any of the tractor or coupling consoles. The split screen mode allows operators to work on one side or on each side of the tie. This is especially useful when training new operators and when the team has multiple responsibilities at the construction site.
SIMPLE ADJUSTMENT
Power controls for crown, slope and height allow you to adjust on the go with standard and maximum widths. Exclusive rear edge screed adjustments, as well as machined screeds, help optimize plate life and simplify alignment procedures.
