ENHANCED ECO-MODE

Eco mode and automatic engine speed control, when activated together, change the engine speed depending on load factors. When activated, the engine will operate at 1650 rpm when laying. If the upper power threshold is exceeded, the engine speed will increase to 2,200 rpm and will remain there until the need drops below the threshold and remains there for 30 seconds, ensuring reliable operation. Silent heat works at an engine speed of 1300 rpm and provides heat in less than 15 minutes. Rapid heating mode provides a warm-up time of less than 35 minutes when using a package for laying a wide pavement. Rapid heating does not heat up faster than quiet heating when the screed has a standard extension width.

TEMPERATURE RANGES

Three preset heating options provide a wide range of temperatures for different mix designs; Low - 110 degrees C or 230 degrees Fahrenheit, medium - 130 degrees C or 266 degrees Fahrenheit, high - 160 degrees C or 320 degrees Fahrenheit.

BETTER VISIBILITY, EXCLUSIVE COMFORT

Dual independent workstations may extend beyond circular visibility. The low-profile cooling system, installed in front, improves visibility forward, and the redesigned auger assembly optimizes visibility to the height of the material before the tie. The option of heated seats, multi-seat adjustment and sloping consoles allow the operator to provide comfort throughout the day. The overhead cooling system directs smoke, hot air and fan noise from the crew for a cooler and quieter work environment. An exclusive ventilation system pulls the fumes from the conveyor tunnel as well as from the auger chamber and redirects them from the operator for a more comfortable working environment.

SIMPLE TECHNOLOGY

Technology helps operators perform. Intuitive symbols and large graphics simplify operation, and an interactive LCD display with a touch screen that allows you to activate the generator, adjust the temperature of the screed and adjust the height of the mixture, increases efficiency. The one-touch functions for an auto-fill feed system, feed system activation and bunker control allow operators to focus on other responsibilities to increase efficiency. The automatic filler feed system simplifies start-up, alternating conveyors and augers, until the mixture height reaches the specified sensor value, eliminating manual activation and constant monitoring.

The ONLY FEED SYSTEM

Two augers and two conveyors can be activated automatically with a single button, which simplifies setup. Each auger and each conveyor can operate independently when needed. The wings of the bunker and the hydraulic apron can be folded with one touch and released. The system can be configured to activate the left or right wing or the front hydraulic apron independently or together. This feature activates augers, conveyors and protective bar (if any) at a reduced speed, which allows the use of anti-adhesives to prevent material accumulation.

HIGH MIX ADJUSTMENT

Adjusting the height of the mixture before the coupler can be changed on the tractor`s LCD display to increase versatility if necessary.

HYDRAULIC EXTENSIONS OF THE MAIN FRAME

Additional 457 mm (18 ") additional hydraulic extenders are attached to the auger assembly and provide a smooth flow of material to the extenders. They are reduced with the help of extenders with decreasing laying width.

OPTIONS FOR MULTIPLE FEED SENSORS

The feed system can be configured to automatically operate with 0, 2, or 4 feed sensors. When stacking with 0 sensors due to a malfunction, simply install an automatic feed system and adjust the mix height setting, no need to switch the manual switch as required in previous models.

SIMPLE SERVICE

Support plates that do not require fasteners simplify replacement, and lower fasteners for chain guards eliminate bolt wear and material buildup for easier replacement.

SPECTACLE

Mobil-Trac undercarriage minimizes the movement of the tow point. Front and rear carts allow you to overcome obstacles and maintain contact with the ground. The smooth tape version works well on soft base materials and fresh mats. The design of the treadmill copes with the loose surface / transportation conditions. Self-locking batteries, center guides and sturdy internal strap cables ensure durability. Components are rubber coated to shed asphalt and prevent buildup. Exclusive zone monitoring allows you to continue heating in the event of a temperature sensor failure. The system also monitors the heating elements for malfunctions, eliminating unnecessary replacement.

EASY ADJUSTMENT

The ability to adjust the ratio of the feed system from the screed provides versatility. Standard hydraulic adjustment of the extension height, slope and crown allows you to adjust on the go with the standard and maximum width of the installation.

MANAGEMENT OF TWO-SPEED EXTENSION

Exclusive two-speed proportional control of the extension provides slower speeds for precise control of obstacles and quick response with increasing laying width. Heating elements extend for easy replacement, no need to remove the tie. The machined ties make it easier to replace and level the slab.

OPTION SCREEN DRUMS

Screeds equipped with a protective strip increase the density, as they enclose the material under the plates. Three stroke settings of 2, 4 and 7 mm provide versatility and have a variable tamper speed from 700 to 1800 rpm.

WIDE COMMUNITY PACKAGES

Exclusive power controls make it easy to adjust across the entire width of the pavement 10.0 m (to improve the texture and quality of the mats). The innovative design uses the expander slope to fasten powerful wide pavements, which eliminates the need for additional lifting devices. The F Series Pavers allow you to control Cat Grade Control from either of two tractors or two screeds. The split screen mode can be configured to control each side of the tie, allowing one person to work.

EXACT CONTROL

More precise control, maximum use of the mixture, saving money. True averaging using sound sensors that use 5 transducers, 2 readings are discarded and 3 are averaged. 10-point auto-calibration eliminates the possibility of over / under-adjustment from one calibration point. Crossover, incline and height are maintained with height adjustments. A true 9-meter (30-foot) sonic averaging beam changes the movement of the tow point by 1/3 of the total deviation of the slope.
