MAXIMUM WORK
Each Cat level 2 / Stage II equivalent engine is equipped with proven electronic, fuel, air, and optional components.
Proven electronic, fuel, air and accessory components for maximum performance and durability.
Control emissions and improve fuel economy.
Improved MEUI-C injection platforms provide increased injection pressure and more accurate fuel consumption. These durable injectors improve responsiveness while controlling soot.
Innovative air management optimizes airflow, power, efficiency and reliability.
INDUSTRIAL VARIABLE TRANSFER
The Cat CX31 six-speed front-speed, single-speed reverse transmission is equipped with an advanced electronic performance management strategy (APECS) and electronic clutch pressure control (ECPC) that provide smooth gear shifting with improved acceleration and higher performance.
The hold / speed limit feature allows you to limit the speed of the car in 1 km / h increments or 1 mph in order to meet site speed limits.
Gear changes have been significantly improved to ensure direct locking of the drive and to prevent the converter from getting into the drive. Reducing the use of a drive torque converter helps maintain travel speed and grade.
Variable shift points are used depending on the operating conditions, which also helps in maintaining travel speed when shifting gears on inclines.
Critical gear changes provide direct blocking of the drive and prevent the converter from getting into the drive. This maintains speed when changing classes.
Transmission automatically changes shift points to best suit operating conditions and performance.
Deceleration levels are automatically reduced in lower gears at lower gears.
A high-capacity torque converter configured for off-road applications allows more efficient transmission of higher engine power to a lower power train.
Motor compression brake improves brake response and increases brake power.
AUTOMATIC CONTROLS
Advanced automatic traction control (AATC) is a proactive application of the on-the-go ’and fully automatic. The operator doesn’t have any problems. High speed rolling resistance conditions. Slow down
AATC reduces tire loss and driveline reductions caused by motor vehicle damage.
Automatic retarder control (ARC) makes it easier for the operator to use. As with AATC, a number of machine operating aspects are monitored. If required, the engine will be controlled automatically when it is descending a grade. It can help to improve the system, if it’s possible,
Assisted dumping system can be done automatically with the assisted hoisting control. At the required engine rpm. It is a futuristic pattern. Two flicks, one up, one down.
Roll-back ’on grades. If you’re an operator, you’ll be able to keep track of your car’s backwards.
It is a condition that the vehicle regulates the vehicle in a load or dump area.
OPERATOR COMFORT AND CONTROL
It is possible to make it possible for every operator. It is an easy way to maintain productivity.
Unique to Cat Articulated Trucks, Hose / Transmission Lever provides easy, intuitive control of gears and hoist functions. Cycle rate is reduced.
The system allows you to choose their preferred method of control. It applies to the use of the rpm. When it comes to the frame, eliminating shock loads and potential damage. Up to 50 percent, compared to the tipping procedure.
Speed limiter and parking brake selection. This gives the operating a more automotive feel. No separate switch is now needed; you just push the lever into the park.
Controls the operator. It is a LED light illuminated for all operating conditions. You would expect from Caterpillar.
It is possible to monitor the computer and monitor the screen. Car service information, car service information, car service information, traffic control information, and carriage from the rearview camera.
There is no need to make sure that you can get in and out of the box.
WORK IN COMFORT
The cabin opener offers an extra person (for example, for training purposes). The rear seat is fully padded back. The driver gives you a clear view of the area.
A new large side storage compartment is heated or cooled by the HVAC system, depending on the preferences of the operator. There are also two cup holders and several storage spaces.
Speaks over the previous proposals of the air suspension, which dramatically reduces horizontal vibrations and tremors. This provides a more comfortable working day.
The desired automatic climate control system allows you to maintain the temperature. - 72 72 72 dB (–4 dB from the previous model)
CREATED FOR IMPLEMENTATION
All axes have an oscillating lateral relationship that controls the axis and ensures stability. This can be used to reduce damage to the structure.
This is a cool ride on the road. The front suspension ranges between ± 6 °, which ensures a smooth ride. The suspension attachment points are built into the axle housing, which increases reliability.
Long lasting Creepillar rear suspension; It can be used as a vehicle for the rear suspension.
Multidisk design, multidisk design. Closing brakes to prevent the entry of contaminants. This system protects the system, prolonging life.
HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION
The design of the front frame is characterized by a large box-section and wide rigid beams of the frame for handling torque loads. The divergent frame design reduces tension in the hitch area and optimizes the suspension geometry. The frame design allows maximum use of robotic welding to increase service life.
The double rear frame design minimizes stress concentrations and provides low weight with a long service life.
The three-point front axle suspension boasts excellent ride quality. It also protects the truck from adverse road conditions by absorbing shock loads that can reach the frame.
The articulated coupling provides the loader with articulation, and the vibration helps to ensure full contact with the wheel on rough terrain.
All machines have a body structure with a large target area to ensure consistently high load capacity. The divergent design ensures a clean material consumption, which maximizes production and avoids transport losses.
The output gear (OTG) distributes the drive to the tractor and trailer and includes a wet clutch differential lock for optimal grip in poor conditions under the legs.
Dual circuit full braking. Full power hydraulic system powers closed, multi-disk, multi-disk, oil-immersed brakes with independent front and rear circuits and batteries.
TECHNOLOGY THAT MUST WORK
Cat Product Link provides a wireless connection to your equipment, giving you valuable information about how your car or fleet works. The system tracks location, hours, fuel consumption, performance, downtime, and diagnostic codes using the VisionLink interactive user interface so you can make informed decisions in a timely manner to maximize efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
Cat Production Measurement provides in-cab payload weighing, which helps optimize work site efficiency and productivity. Operators can see the weight of the load in real time on the built-in display and know exactly when the goal is reached, while the cab mounted external indicators of the payload at all four corners signal to the operator of the loader when to stop, reducing the risk of overloading the machine. Operators can monitor the daily performance from the cab thanks to quick access to truck payload weights, number of loads and cycles, as well as daily amounts; or remotely via LINK technology.
The cat detection function using the stabilization system warns the operator if the machine approaches the preset angle during operation; when driving and tip. When using an auxiliary lift, the machine will stop lifting the body and give an audible and visual warning. The system monitors the tractor, trailer and incline angles independently of each other. This increases the operator`s awareness of the stability of the machine during operation. All tractor and / or trailer tipping events are recorded and transmitted via VisionLink.
